Ideal Integrator Profile

Today, I’m talking to you Visionaries, you Integrators, and a lot of other folks who are interested in Visionaries and Integrators.

There’s a specific question I’m still getting. The question is: “What is the ideal profile for an Integrator?” I’ve got to tell you, I’m shocked that you guys are still asking.

Please, please go back to Rocket Fuel. I want you to reread chapter six. Also, I want you to watch the video that I did on the Puzzle Piece. There is no single Integrator profile. Also, in chapter six, take note of the job description that’s in there. That’s going to help you think about it a little bit.

Really, the thing I want you to know is that you are not alone. Everybody is trying to get their head around this. Everybody is trying to figure it out, so I get it.

What it comes down to, though, is that you’re trying to understand a two-piece puzzle. We’re trying to understand the shape of an edge so that two pieces can fit together in just the right way. It has to do with your unique puzzle-piece edge as the Visionary. It has to do with your unique shape as an organization, and the Visionary spectrum that we talked about.

Here’s the deal. You hear all of that, and the reality is that you may not want to do the work. You’re not alone in that but you must do the work. You must work on you. It’s about you. If you look at our seven step Visionary/Integrator connection process, the first four steps are all about understanding who you are, where you are coming from, and what you need.

There is no easy answer. You have to do the work. There are resource companies out there that can help you. I would like you to go back to that resource list. There are folks out there who do this stuff all the time, and they’re great at it. If you’d like to, you can engage some of them to help you.

Three key points to conclude:

1. I can’t believe you’re asking, but I get it.

2. You must do the work.

3. The answer is in your hands. Only you can give us the answer.

Come see us on RocketFuelNow.com. Take the Visionary and Integrator assessments . See where you’re great. See where you could use some help. We’ve been having some great discussions with other Visionaries & Integrators over on LinkedIn and Facebook.  Regardless of where you are in your process, I encourage you to join the conversation! And finally, read Rocket Fuel. If you’ve already read Rocket Fuel, and you liked it, we’d love to see a review from you on Amazon. We’d really love to hear what you think.

Until next time, Go Rocket!

Cheers,

Mark

PS – If you know of other Visionaries & Integrators who you think might benefit from this message, or any related Rocket Fuel content, please pass this along to them.
