I use AI tools, mainly Claude, to help me research and draft my content. The stories are true, either mine or my clients’. The frameworks are mine, as well as the judgment about what will actually help you. AI begins with ideas I’ve previously created and stored in my personal SPARK File in Notion, and my existing body of work, then writes a first draft using voice rules I’ve created through many iterations, and continue to refine. I read every line before it goes out, and rewrite whatever isn’t true, or doesn’t fit.
